1. What are the festival hours?
Friday 5:00pm to 8:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm
2. How do the tickets work? Do I have to register for classes? What does the ticket get me?
If you have a 3 Day Weekend Warrior ticket you have access Friday 4:30 to 9:00pm - Saturday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. If you have booked a Camping or Glamping Package you are to stay overnight both Friday and Saturday. Check in concierge service with Solitaire for Camping and Wild Goose Camping starts at 2:30pm Friday.
All tickets are FREE for kids under 12 years who attend with an adult.
You can attend as many or as little classes as you’d like. There is no extra cost of the limited access classes.
The classes operate on a first come, first served basis. All classes on the Shanti Stage are unlimited capacity, however the Kula Tent, Samadhi Shed and Dharma Dam are all limited access, and you must book into via the Punchpass schedule which is attached to your ticket. ALL classes in all locations are included in your ticket but you must book in as they have limited space.
3. Can children come to the festival and how much is a kids’ ticket?
Yes and all kids under 12 years attending with a paying adult are FREE. Kids 12 years and over need to get a regular ticket. If your younger person is coming into a workshop or talk with you be mindful of the environment. If/when your younger person needs to make noise or move around please leave quietly – out of kindness to the participants, teacher and learning.
4. Can I leave the festival and come back?
Yes once you have your wristband, you can come and go as you please.
5. Will there be doorsales?
If there are tickets left there will be gate sales, however they will be $10 more at the door so you're better off buying online.
6. Is there wheelchair access?
You betcha. Everyone is welcome at our festival.
7. Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Thanks for understanding refunds won’t be issued for ticket sales. You are welcome to on-sell or gift your ticket to someone, if you can no longer attend.
8. Is there accommodation on site?
Yes, this year we have limited space for self-set-up Camping and Glamping with Wild Goose Camping. For camping details and/or bookings please contact Solitaire Homestead at firstname.lastname@example.org Please visit the Wild Goose website to book your bell tent.
9. Where is the closest ATM?
There are no ATM's on site, but we do accept debit and credit cards at our merchandise stalls, the closest ATM is in Dunsborough town centre.
10. How do I get into the festival?
Present your ticket and/or ID at the entry gate (pdf on your smartphone or a printed ticket) and you will receive your wristband.
11. Can I park on the festival grounds?
There is a parking paddock to the left of the festivel grounds on the same property as the festival. A parking attendant will guide you where to go.
12. Will there be yoga mats available?
There are no mats for hire at the festival, so please bring your own or treat yourself to one on sale within our mindful market.
13. Is there a bag check?
One day maybe. This time, no. Leave all your precious things at home and keep valuables on you.
14. Is there anything else YOU want US to know?
Yes. We’re aiming for a zero waste festival. Please bring your own water bottle to refill. Bring sunscreen and a hat.
No cooler bags or eskies on the festival grounds please. There will be a variety of different food trucks on site.
Please remember this is a smoke-free and alcohol-free event.
